We are brought in when a project needs more than a sourcing agent or a buying office. When the product must be developed, specified, coordinated, produced, shipped and supervised under one line of responsibility. Our role is to protect design intent while solving the reality of getting product made and delivered to site.
We do not just source well. We deliver well.
Founder-led, drawing on eighteen-plus years in luxury hospitality development, with a production network built and held over time. We develop product where it is best made and ship it where it is needed, protecting design intent at every step.
Founded by Leopoldo Gonzalez de Bulnes, drawing on experience working with operators such as Cheval Blanc, Mandarin Oriental, Accor, Hyatt and Hilton. The founder opens doors and sets the standard. The company delivers the work.

Link 01 · Brief
We open every project on the client's terms. Scope, operator standards and incoming drawings are read and reconciled before a single line item is priced.
Link 02 · Specification
Design intent translated into buildable specification. Shop drawings produced and reconciled with the design firm, materials selected and sampled, prototypes signed off before production.
Link 03 · Production
Manufacture across our production network of vetted partners, scheduled against the programme and held to the approved prototype.
Link 04 · QC & Finish
Quality checked on the floor, not at the dock. Inline inspection, a photo-log against spec and a variance report before anything is packed.
Link 05 · Logistics
Consolidated through our Indonesia hub, containerised and shipped door-to-site, with the flexibility to ship from wherever best suits the project. Export, freight, customs and delivery handled as one line.
Link 06 · Supervision & Handover
On-site supervision of assembly. Our supervision crews work alongside your appointed GC or installation contractor. Handover pack, warranty, and post-opening support.
Indonesia is our home and our primary production base. The majority of every project is made here, and every piece passes through our Indonesia hub before it ships. We extend to selected partners in India, Thailand and China when a brief calls for it. Every partner is vetted, audited, and visited.
The position
We don't publish the partner list. The studio's network runs on workshop relationships built over years. Clients get the access, not the address book.
Production countries
Capability survey, factory visit, prototype trial. New partners earn into bigger orders.
Labour standards, environmental practice, and traceability commitments. Required, not optional.
FSC / PEFC where available; documented sources where not.
Active partners visited quarterly. Inactive partners revalidated before re-engagement.
