We work closely with the operators to ensure their strict standards are achieved and met. When a project's standards are not set, we work with the client to provide vital insight.
Design intent, protected
Shop drawings reviewed line-by-line with the design firm. No value-engineering without sign-off. The architect leaves the room with what they specified.

FF&E and OS&E procurement for hotels and resorts
We coordinate furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), operating supplies and equipment (OS&E), custom millwork, decorative items and finishes against the project brief. The scope is agreed with the client and design team so each procurement package reflects the design intent and operator requirements.
Specification, sampling and production coordination
Our work connects shop drawings, material selection, prototype approval and production. We coordinate with manufacturers and craftspeople, manage production against the agreed specification, and check quality before products are packed for shipment.
Indonesia sourcing and international delivery
Indonesia is our primary production base, supported by selected partners in India, Thailand and China. We coordinate consolidation, freight and delivery according to the project requirements, including direct shipment from other production locations where appropriate. On-site supervision and handover support connect the supplied packages with the project installation team.
Do you work on hospitality projects outside Indonesia?
Yes. Makers & Co is based in Bali and works on Indonesian and international projects. The project examples below document specific packages delivered in Seychelles, Singapore and Fiji. Each example identifies the actual scope of our appointment.

Send the project location, scope summary, drawings or specifications available, target timeline and operator requirements where applicable. We review these with the client and design team before defining the procurement package.
