Makers & Co develops and procures interior packages for modular resorts, cabins and hospitality tents. Based in Bali, Indonesia, we work with operators, developers and structural partners to coordinate furniture, millwork, finishes and operating supplies and equipment for international delivery.
Turnkey hospitality-grade interiors, built in our workshops to drop into factory-built shells.
Built to fit the shells
Every cabin and tent has tight tolerances. We build the interior package (joinery, FF&E, finishes, soft goods) to drop cleanly into the shell, dry-fit in our factories before it ships.
Hospitality-grade in a kit
Same operator standards we apply to a Cheval Blanc or a One&Only, packaged for a 40'HC. The kit is institutional quality, not catalogue product.
Minimal storage
Interior shipment planned against the shell delivery window. The kit lands close to when the structure is ready to receive it, keeping storage and idle crew to a minimum.
Interior fit-out
The installations take 1–3 weeks depending on size and finishes complexity. Our supervision crew lands with the kit and installs against the shell programme.
By the numbers
Not typically
Single owner-occupier cabins. We work with operators and developers running a programme of units.
Interior packages for modular hospitality projects
The interior package is coordinated with the dimensions and tolerances of the structural shell. Furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), joinery, flooring, soft goods and decorative items are developed against the agreed brief.
Off-site production and coordinated shipment
Sampling, production and dry-fit checks prepare the package before dispatch. Shipment is coordinated with the structural delivery programme, with on-site supervision supporting the interior fit-out and handover.
Do you supply the modular buildings as well as the interiors?
Our role on these projects is interior procurement and coordination with the structural partner. The interior package and interfaces with the building shell are defined with the project team.
